C2C Design Group is a Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Design and Consulting firm located in Sinking Spring, Berks County, Pennsylvania that provides planning and design services municipal, residential, commercial and industrial clients in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Our services include Subdivision and Land Development Services, Stormwater Management Testing and Design, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan preparation, Floodplain Analysis, FEMA Certificates and Map changes, Topographic and Boundary Survey, Construction Stakeout, Architectural Engineering, Building Code Analysis, and Municipal Engineering. Our primary goal is to help our clients make informed and confident decisions in order to achieve the successful completion of their project.
Originally formed as an Engineering and Surveying Department within the Forino Company in the 1990s, C2C Design Group was officially introduced in 2015 as a subsidiary of the Forino Company in an effort to highlight the talents and skills of the Company’s Staff of Engineers, Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Designers. In November of 2017, C2C Design Group was acquired from the Forino Company by partners Chuck Frantz, PE and Brian Focht, PE.
